More that we can see

I wanna be there when you wake up, I wanna hold that sacred, Ever glowing when you told me, That life was more than just this moment, I remember, I remain, Remain, Oh but if you show me, Life's not getting only what you had, When I was just a kid, Wandering through the backyard, But it's not only just one space, Thats filled when you get home, Charter the lines that fade, When I recall, I'm fine right here, I'm going and I know it's not all that bad, It's not all that sad, It's not all we had, There's more than we can see, But lines they lie right, Hoping I might have some time, My reflection on the glass of what you asked me, I was here, Then I went, And there I was, Just a blink of an eye, When you kind of see that everyone that lives, Will someday die, And I weep a lot, But it's not too hard to forget one thing, That I'm kinda waiting on in the back, Just a blink of an eye, Before you tell me where you're going, I release all my lines, As I listen to the night, I'm making it back, I'm hoping to find, I'm hoping we make it through the night, I hope we can see, As we grow older and we make, As we grow older and we take our time, Just one path that we're after, I relax into the past of why, It's hard for me to see the whole picture, It's hard for me to see when it is cloudy outside, I realize, I'm not a lie, I'm just the truth of what I knew, As we wander though the path of this life, It takes me back to where I was not long ago,
