Bloom
I was on the river bend, When you called it and you said, I'm not feeling like going, You said I could, But you didn't hear what I meant, When I said I'm so sorry for being your apologetic friend, I don't want to apologize ever again for something I said, Cause you know that it takes some time, You know that it takes awhile, While you're figuring out what it's all about, And if you want it bad, If you want it you can have it, You're figuring out, And I just wanted nothing, But homemade present for my birthday, Or a card to say, Don't want nothing else, I'm trying to get cleared out, Make my way towards the other things in life, That have given me satisfaction, Like experiences, And all my friends, And relationships that we make, Relationships that we break, Relation to each other, And our point of view that changes, As we love one another on this earth, And you make it, Its absurd that you can can't see time, Right though all these illusions, And I'm settling down as I pick myself up, So we laughed and we cracked up, At all those things you said long ago, And we made time to watch it back, On a movie screen, All those candid moments that you captured, All those things that happened and we hardly noticed, Hardly can remember, Hardly, And its over now, Now we're moving into the present, To the future, As we make time for new experiences, Relationships that manifested, All these things that we have time for, As we make time for them, Time for them, Let it unfold, Let it bloom, Let it unfold, Let it bloom, Let it unfold, And let it bloom,
